Michelle Aldous
Chief Executive
Michelle has specialised in health and safety for over 15 years, both in the public and private sectors. Michelle has been with CBH since 'day one' and was responsible for delivering both the Pilot scheme in Leicestershire and the evolvement of the model for the national scheme. Receiving the BOHS Peter Isaac Award for outstanding achievements in the field of occupational health, Michelle is commited to improving the health of the workforce.
Wendy Stimson
Occupational Health Director
Wendy has been in occupational health since 1989. Once qualified as a specialist practitioner in OH, she gained a wealth of experience in a variety of settings, including establishing an OH service, and more recently the Nurse Manager for a large commercial OH provider. Wendy joined CBH in October 2007 bringing with her the enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to driving forward the National Scheme in construction.
Wendy has been an active member of the Mid Downs OH Group for over 10 years, and was the Chairman from 2003 to 2007.
Mandy Wickenden
Scheme Administrator
Mandy brings her exceptional organisational skills to CBH with a proven track record in the provision of a high level of support to senior management within start-up organisations and prestigious blue chip companies. Mandy has demonstrated her commitment in delivering the highest service standards through the implementation of robust administrative systems and is a key member of the CBH team.
